I called customer service and had asked for an actual call from a franchise person, but nobody has called back. I was told I will receive a letter in the mail, along with the letter it stated a gift card will be included. Except no gift was included this us absolutely ridiculous considering I got sour iceceam and nothing that i ordered. This issue was not at this location directly but it needs to be known
Doesnt open til 1230 on a sunday. Stupid when you want lunch. 11 would seem better.
Very clean. Did not have to wait long for the food. Workers behind the counter could have done more then just stand there on their phones.
Every time I come here, my order is either totally wrong or missing an item. The staff is friendly, but totally incompetent. And when the food was right, it was good. But so far I have not received a correct order, and I have been by over a dozen times since May.
Stopped at many DQ 's in a 50 mile radius this one is by far the best
