Brought in my 06 Cobalt for recall work on the ignition switch and a fuel filter. Next morning, I get a voicemail stating that my car was too rusty to do the work I requested, which I know to be untrue. Not an Ohio car. I received 2 new ignition keys, which do not operate my doors. When i called, i was rudely told to call back, and when I did, I was hung up on. When i finally got through, i am told that the fuel filter will cost $900 or more, and that since my door locks are not "original", they have no solution for my 2 key problem. I will never set foot in this stealership again.
Excellent customer service and price. I bought a used Chevy Equinox from Aaron Dunn and he went above and beyond to make sure that I got a great deal with a fair price on my trade in. He even took time to explain how everything worked in the vehicle and how to use the On Star if I ever needed it. There was a recall on the vehicle after I purchased it so Aaron called to inform me about it, then personally came to my house, brought me a rental vehicle that was comparable to what I drive (not some tiny little compact car like most big dealerships try to give you) and brought my vehicle back when it was repaired. Excellent all around family dealership with a small town feel. This place actually treats you like a valued customer, not just another number when you come through the door.
